HypnoBirthing classes are taught in a series of five 2 1/2 hour sessions over a five week period. We offer both private and group classes. We encourage spouses or partners to attend. Doulas or other birthing companions are welcome to come with you too, at no additional charge.
Some women like to take the course early in pregnancy, while others prefer to wait a bit longer. Either is fine. The earlier you sign up, the more time you will have to practice and benefit from the course. Couples who complete the course early in pregnancy are welcome to attend later series as a refresher at no additional charge.
