About Us

Susan Lynch holds a master’s degree in Women’s Studies and is a certified hypnotherapist.  She is a HypnoBirthing mother with closely-spaced children and a wide range of experience with attachment parenting, breastfeeding while pregnant and tandem nursing. 

Susan has been teaching HypnoBirthing since 2001 and volunteers her time for various HypnoBirthing Institute activities. She teaches Introduction to Hypnosis for Childbirth in the HypnoBirthing Practitioner certification course.  Susan was given the HypnoBirthing Institute President’s Award in 2007.

Kathie Dolce holds a master’s degree in health sciences and practiced as a physician assistant for a number of years.  She began teaching HypnoBirthing in 2001 when she retired from her position on the faculty of the University of Colorado School of Medicine. 

Kathie is currently the Vice President of the HypnoBirthing Institute and a member of the institute faculty.  Kathie was named the HypnoBirthing Institute Member of the Year in 2004 and received the Institute Diamond Award in 2005.
